World Water Day

• Water conservation will be highlighted in a service in March
• A course will be offered by OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute)

Green Cinema

• Monthly of Bi-Monthly films will address current environmental issues
• Our first film will be “Who Killed the Electric Car”

Green Congregations of Pittsfield

• We are seeking to create green sanctuary-type communities in all congregations in Pittsfield.

Vegetable Gardens

• Start your own and eliminate parts of your lawn

Low Carbon Diet

• October 19th Service followed by a 2 session workshop led by Ron Giancola and Anna Pollock

Green Colleges

• We are seeking a partnership with BCC Department Environmental Sciences

Mayor’s Green Committee

• We are seeking membership or representation in this new Group
