I just had my second audit from Western Mass. Electric Company. It was infinitely more thorough then the first one.

All non-CFL bulbs were replaced with high efficiency bulbs. A full house check was done by computer. A follow up visit — up to 8 hours — will take place to seal up and insulate leaky areas.
